Good stuff, Tim. I enjoyed the Philly show last month. We'll have to catch up next time. Hope all's well with you.

Once the plastic has stuffed the mould together with its sprues, runners, gates, etc., the mould is stored at a set temperature to allow uniform solidification of the material into the half shape. A holding strain is maintained whereas cooling to both cease backflow into the barrel and reduce shrinking results. At this level, more plastic granules are added to the hopper in expectation of the subsequent cycle . When cooled, the platen opens and allows the completed half to be ejected, and the screw is drawn again Warm Winter Mist Humidifiers as soon as} more, allowing materials to enter the barrel and begin the method over once more.
